How many good things have happened to you today?

Have you noticed that we tend to remember the bad things and take our emotional queue from them?

Why not choose today to pay attention to the good things that happen.  Make a list of good things that happen, small or large or both, and at the end of the day, read through it.  How does it feel to see how much good has happened to you?  Does it change your mind about your day?  Does it give you a good feeling about tomorrow?
