I am clearly a seeker and when I get nudges I try to just let go of control and go with the flow of the knowing rather than logically analyzing as my head wants to do. I practice moving from the head to heart and it seems to work for me. Such powerful words and nice to know I am not the only one experiencing this. Thanks JO x
