For those who want a more interactive experience I will be teach this course as a teleconference starting in May. Each Wednesday evening we will meet via phone for 1.5 hours and work through each lesson which include guided meditations and hands on work. Students will be encouraged to share their experiences, ask questions, and practice techniques. The calls will be recorded and recordings will be emailed to students along with study materials the day after the class.
